A quality build doesn't require you to level attunement, intelligence and faith, but you can use basically every (physical damage type) weapon with a 40/40 quality build. Infused and buffed weapons are usually stronger for the time of the buff.You may want healing wares if this is a first play through. Level up ADP to 2X until your Agility (AGL) is 99, Get 20 END, Get to 40 DEX, Level up ADP to 3X until your Agility is 105. Put points into HP whenever you feel that you need it. Gear/Rings. If you don't care about boss armor, you can kill the merchant Maughlin for his armor. Fire scales with both int and fth up to 60 points.
